We produce delicious, slow grown, 100% grass-fed Red Poll beef that will be an excellent addition to barbecue season this year.
We will currently have frozen beef available from last year, and will have new beef available mid July and October 2023.
If you are interested in saving some money and ordering larger quantity - like a half (~200lbs) or quarter (~100lbs), please let us know and we will contact you once we know the exact butcher dates.

Grass Fed Beef
Why
grass fed? Given that we are what we eat eats, it is important to us
to keep our animals' diet as close to their natural diet as possible, as
that gives the healthiest nutrient profile in the meat, not to mention
all the Vitamin D they soak in while grazing all day long.
In practical terms, grass fed beef is usually much more flavourful but slightly less marbled.
