Berkshire/Tamworth Pigs
With their distinctive black colouring with white feet and noses, Berkshire pigs are an average to large sized breed whose meat is prized for its juiciness, tenderness, and flavour. Tamworth pigs are known for their distinctive red colouring, and the quality of their bacon!
Both Berkshire and Tamworth pigs are hardy, and well suited to life on pasture. They do a great job digging our gardens for us with their strong noses!

Blackbelly Sheep
American Blackbelly Sheep
Our registered purebred American Blackbelly Sheep flock is maintained on our pasture year-round. They are a small-medium sized haired sheep in tan to red colouring with striking black markings. Rams grow a magnificent set of horns, while the ewes remain (mostly) hornless.
They are well adapted to a broad range of environments and grow a thick winter coat which does not need to be sheared in the spring.
This sheep produces a lean, fine-grained, and mild meat that is exceptionally delicious.
