We have many varieties of garlic. We enjoyed the scapes sauteed, in salads, and as pesto. Scapes are only available for a brief window mid summer. SOLD OUT for 2021
Fresh garlic is harvested and hung to dry. It is then sorted by type and size, the larger bulbs kept for replanting and the smaller are available for sale. Price $1-2/bulb, they are available as self serve on the front porch veggie stand.
